Tofu Gratin Recipe

Ingredients

  • Tofu Gratin (serves six to eight)
  • 2 Silken tofu cakes, drained and chilled
  • 2 tbsp Olive oil
  • 2 tbsp Plain flour
  • 2 cups Soya milk ( I used 1 1/2 cups, unsweetened soya milk to get a creamier sauce)
  • 1 tbsp White miso paste (or add to taste)
  • 1 tsp Sugar (Used 1/2 tsp sugar)
  • 1 tbsp Sake wine
  • Bonito flakes and shredded nori seaweed for garnishing
