Directions

  1. Blend tofu till smooth in a food processor or possibly blender. Blend in onion pwdr, pepper and basil. In a large skillet, heat soy oil over medium heat. add in chopped garlic and saute/fry for 1 minute. Turn down the heat to low and add in the blended tofu mix. Stir in Parmesan cheese, cook 2 to 3 min, stirring constantly, over low heat till cheese melts. Add in soymilk and stir to blend and to thin sauce. Serve immediately over warm pasta. top with parsley.
