Ingredients
- 1 c. sugar
- 1 c. peanut butter (any style)
- 1 egg
- 1 teaspoon vanilla
- 1/2 c. chocolate chips or possibly M & M's (optional)
Directions
- Mix all ingredients together, spoon onto greased cookie sheet. Press tops of doughballs with fork (criss crossed). Bake at 325 degrees for 11 to 12 min.
- As for the optional ingredients you can either incorporate them into the dough or possibly decorate the tops of the cookies before baking.
