Tilapia and Corn Chowder Recipe

I was trying to come up with a one pot meal one night and we had been wanting fish but fried is too heavy and the kids dont like baked fish so this is what i came up with and it was delicious. Even my 18 month old loved it.

  1. once everything is chopped add all ingredients except the tilapia(keep cold until dropped in) and cream to the broth bring to a boil when the sweet potatoes are just about done add fish and cream then stir well and cover of med-low heat for 20 minutes. Serve hot with crackers or bruschetta .

    Printed to try soon, would cut cream, and use 1 creamed corn and one frozen.
    Really looks good base.
