Ingredients
- 3 x Large eggs
- 1 c. Shortening
- 1 c. Flour
- 1/2 tsp Salt
- 1 c. Raisins
- 2 tsp Baking pwdr
- 3Â 1/2 c. Oatmeal, quick cooking
- 1 c. Sugar
Directions
- Pour boiling water over raisins, let stand till rest is prepared. Drop by teaspoonful and bake in warm oven.
- Note: Combine other ingredients while raisins soak. Stir in raisins. Warm oven is 350 - 400 F.
