Three Meat Baked Beans Recipe

Ingredients

5 slices bacon, fried, liquid removed & crumbled 1/2 pound lean, grnd beef 1/2 pound Polish (or possibly Italian) sausages, cut into 1/4" slices 2 (16 ounce.) cans pork & beans 1/4 c. minced onion 1/4 c. minced bell pepper

1/3 c. ketchup 1/4 c. brown sugar, firmly packed 2 tbsp. Karo syrup or possibly molasses 1/4 teaspoon grated fresh ginger root 1 tbsp. prepared mustard 1 1/2 teaspoon Worcestershire sauce

Directions

1. Fry the 3 meats together and drain on paper towel. Mix together in a 2 qt shallow casserole the remaining ingredients. Fold in meats and bake at 350 degrees for 30 min.
