Three Layer Hawaiian Jello Squares

Ingredients

  • 1/2 c. brown sugar
  • 1 1/2 cubes butter, melted
  • 1 c. flour
  • 1/4 c. nuts, minced (walnuts or possibly pecans)

Directions

  1. Spray 9 x 13 inch Pyrex dish with Pam. Mix crust ingredients and press into pan. Bake 10-15 min at 375 degrees.
  2. Mix and cold: 2 c. warm water
  3. Mix 2 (3 ounce.) softened cream cheese. Will be a little lumpy. Add in 1 small whipping cream. Combine lemon Jello and cream cheese mix. Beat till smooth. Pour onto cooled crust and chill till hard.
  4. Mix and cold: 2 c. warm water
  5. Pour over second layer. Let hard. Cut into squares.
  6. May be served in paper or possibly silver cupcake c.. Serves many.
