Three Ingredient Chicken and Gravy Recipe

Recipe from a friend who used it for pork chops, so I decided to try it with chicken. Yum!

Ingredients

  • 1 cut up fryer, or 4-6 pieces chicken, skin-on bone-in
  • 1/2 packet Hidden Valley dry ranch dressing mix
  • 1 can Campbell's Cream of Chicken Soup with Herbs

Directions

  1. Dutch oven 375 for 1 hr. 15 minutes.
  2. Crockpot on low 6 hours.
  3. Place chicken in pot, pour on soup, sprinkle on dry ranch dressing.

    Hi Myra, I like the simpliciy of this recipe, and that you include cooking options. This recipe can be garnished with cooked crumbled bacon or turkey bacon for a chicken/bacon/ranch club sandwich effect, served in a hot brown fashion over ciabatta or brioche. Thanks for sharing, can't wait to try it.
