Ingredients
- 1 sm. can evaporated lowfat milk
- 1 sm. pkg. cream cheese
- 2 tbsp. Parmesan cheese
- 3/4 c. grated Cheddar cheese
Directions
- Place in blender the evaporated lowfat milk, Parmesan cheese and cream cheese. Blend till smooth. Heat mix in a small saucepan over medium-low heat till thickened. Stir often. Pour over steamed vegetables such as broccoli. Top with grated Cheddar cheese.
