Ingredients
- 1 pkg. (8 ounce.) cream cheese, softened
- 1/3 c. crumbled Roquefort cheese
- 1 (5 ounce.) hickory smoked flavor cheese spread
- 2 tbsp. whipping cream
- 1 teaspoon Worcestershire sauce
- 1 tbsp. chopped onion
- 1 tbsp. stuffed olives, chopped
- 2 tbsp. chopped parsley
- Shredded lettuce
- Caraway seed (opt.)
- Stuffed olive slices
Directions
- In food processor combine cheeses and cream. Process till smooth. Add in Worcestershire, onion, olives and parsley. Mix well. Cover, refrigerateovernight. Arrange lettuce along bottom of serving bowl. Shortly before serving, shape cheese mix into ball. Place on top of lettuce. Sprinkle with caraway seeds. Garnish with olive slices.
