Ingredients

  • 1 can (15 1/4-ounce) kidney beans, rinsed, liquid removed
  • 1 can (15-ounce) garbanzo beans (chick-peas), rinsed, liquid removed
  • 1 pkt (9-ounce) frzn French-cut green beans, thawed, liquid removed
  • 1/2 x Red onion, finely minced
  • 1/2 lrg Red bell pepper, diced
  • 3 Tbsp. Extra virgin olive oil
  • 3 Tbsp. Red wine vinegar
  • 1 lrg Garlic clove, pressed
  • 1 tsp Dry basil, crumbled

Directions

  1. Combine all ingredients in large bowl. Season to taste with salt and pepper and toss well. Chill 1 to 2 hrs.
  2. 6 Servings
