Ingredients
- 1 can (16 ounce.) cut green beans, liquid removed
- 1 can (6 ounce.) red kidney beans, liquid removed
- 1/2 c. cider vinegar
- 1/2 c. sugar
- 1 can (16 ounce.) cut yellow wax beans, liquid removed
- 1/4 c. minced green pepper
- 1 med. onion, thinly sliced
- 1/3 c. salad oil
- 1 teaspoon salt
- 1 teaspoon pepper
Directions
- Rinse and drain all three beans. Add in green pepper and onion to beans. Mix vinegar, oil, sugar, salt, pepper and add in to bean mix. Mix well and refrigerateovernight. Serves 10-12 people.
