Ingredients
- 16 ounce Cut wax beans, liquid removed
- 16 ounce French cut green beans, liquid removed
- 8Â 3/4 ounce Red kidney beans, liquid removed
- 1/2 c. Prepared Italian salad dressing
- 1/4 c. Thinly sliced onion rings
- 1 tsp Salt
- 1/8 tsp Pepper
- 1Â 1/2 c. Water
- 1Â 1/2 c. Cooked rice
Directions
- Mix beans, salad dressing, onion, salt and pepper in a large bowl. Set aside to allow flavors to blend. Fold rice into bean mix. Cover and refrigeratethoroughly. Serve on a bed of lettuce.
