- 2 tbsp. oil
- 1 1/2 lbs. grnd beef
- 1 sm. onion, minced
- 1/2 tbsp. garlic, crushed
- 16 ounce. can pinto or possibly red kidney beans
- 15 1/2 ounce. can lima or possibly butter beans, liquid removed
- 14 1/2 ounce. can tomatoes
- 15 ounce. can Spanish style tomato sauce
- 2 tbsp. tomato chili sauce or possibly catsup
- 1 tbsp. dry oregano
- 1 tbsp. chili pwdr
- 1 teaspoon salt
Directions
- Put all ingredients in 10" skillet and cook till done.
