Directions

  1. Preheat oven to 350 degrees. Sift cocoa, flour and salt into a large mixing bowl. Set aside.
  2. Heat butter and stir in sugar. Beat Large eggs lightly and stir into creamed mix in 3-4 additions. When well blended, add in vanilla. Add in to dry ingredients and beat till well blended. Stir in nuts by hand.
  3. Bake 40-45 min in a 9x13-inch pan lined with buttered foil. (I use a cake pan sprayed with Pam.) Toothpick will come out almost clean. Cold.
  4. Cut into 24 pcs. Freezes well.
  5. Serves 24.
