Add a photoThis is a fantastic BBQ Rub just in time for the spring and summer bbq season it is great on chicken and ribs . The recipe makes about 3 Cups of rub just store it in a plastic container will last for months.
Ingredients
- 1C Firmly packed dark brown sugar
- 1/2 C Granulated garlic
- 1/2 C Kosher salt
- 1/2 C Paprika
- 2 Tbl Granulated onion
- 1 Tbl Dry mustard
- 1 Tbl. Creole seasoning
- 1 Tbl Chili powder
- 1 Tbl Ground red pepper
- 1 Tbl Ground cumin
- 1Tbl Ground black pepper
Directions
- Stir all ingredients together in a mixing .
- Store in a airtight container .
