This is not dry but moist and very tasty. The combination of lemon and orange is very pleasing.
    I've cooked/tasted this recipe!

I realize you were referring to the kind of bread cubes you can use, but seriously, your recipe's name - Any Kind of Bread Pudding - no way! For heaven's sake, change the name of this to "Ultimate Bread Pudding"! I took this to a pot luck and there was nary a crumb left. It's very sweet, and reminds me - of all things - pecan pie! I do suggest you clarify the lemon in the Orange Butter Sauce, though. It says a teaspoon lemon CONCENTRATE yet the bread pudding ingredients above it specify a teaspoon of lemon JUICE. Not sure which to use in the sauce, I opted for a little lemon extract. Anyway this recipe made my age-old bread cubes magnifico!
