  • 1/2 cup water
  • 3/4 cup corn syrup
  • 1 1/2 cups granulated sugar
  • Honey Marshmallows
  • 3 tablespoons unflavored gelatin (it is critical to use real gelatin, kojel will not work at all)
  • 1/2 cup + 2 tablespoons cold water
  • 3/4 cup water
  • 1 1/4 cups honey
  • pinch of salt
  • 1 1/2 cups granulated sugar
  • 1 1/2 cups confectioners’ sugar
  • 1/2 cup cornstarch
