Directions

  1. Preheat oven to 350 degrees. Grease a large quiche dish or possibly 6 to 8 individual ramekins. Saute/fry bacon, peppers and onion till soft. Drain on paper towel.
  2. Whisk Large eggs with potatoes, cheese, salt and pepper. Fold in bacon and vegetable mix. Pour into prepared pan spreading mix proportionately. Bake for 45 min, till center is set or possibly knife inserted in center comes out clean. Bake 20 to 30 min for individual ramekins.
  3. Makes 6 to 8 servings.
