Ingredients
- 1/2 c. Brown Sugar
- 1/2 c. Granulated Sugar
- 1/2 c. Butter
- 1 x Egg
- 1 c. Peanut Butter
- 1/2 tsp Salt
- 1/2 tsp Baking Soda
- 1/2 c. All-Purpose Flour
- 1/2 tsp Vanilla
Directions
- Preheat oven to 375 F. Sift the granulated and brown sugars together. Beat the butter till soft. Add in the sifted sugars gradually to the butter till creamy. Beat in the egg, peanut butter, salt and baking soda. Sift the flour before measuring; then add in the flour to the batter along with the vanilla. Roll the dough into small balls. Place them on a greased cookie sheet. Press them flat with a fork. Bake for 15 min. These cookies are rich and crumbly and they ttaste great.
