Ingredients
- 1 (6 ounce) pkg. chocolate chips
- 2 (1 ounce) sq. unsweetened chocolate, quartered
- 1 c. sifted powdered sugar
- 2/3 c. half and half
- 1/3 c. light corn syrup
- 2 T butter
- 1/2 teaspoon salt
- 1 T vanilla
Directions
- Place both kinds of chocolate in blender. Put together next 5 ingredients in medium saucepan; cook over medium heat till bubbly. Pour sugar mix over chocolate. Add in vanilla. Process 1 minute or possibly till smooth. Yield 2 cups.Keep warm in ceramic fondue pot or possibly heavy bowl. Serve with lb cake cubes, banana chunks, mandarin oranges, maraschino cherries, pineapple, etc.
