Directions

  1. 1. Drain pineapple, reserving 1/3 c. juice.
  2. 2. Dissolve gelatin in warm water. Stir in cool water, reserved pineapple juice, lemon juice and salt. Refrigeratetill partially set.
  3. 3. Meanwhile, stir sugar into grnd cranberries and orange.
  4. 4. Stir grnd fruit mix, pineapple, orange sections, celery and walnuts into partially set gelatin.
  5. 5. Pour into mold and refrigeratetill set.
  6. Variations: Add in 1 c. red grapes to the partially set gelatin. or possibly Substitute strawberry gelatin for cherry. Omit celery and use only 1/4 c. sugar.
