Easy, quick Thai'ish dish for chicken lovers.

Ingredients

  • 8 chicken thighs (optional skinless, boneless)
  • 2/3 C. chopped green onions
  • 3 T. hoisin sauce
  • 4 T. peanut butter
  • 2 T. chopped or grated fresh ginger
  • 2 T. oil
  • 2 T. lemon juice
  • 1 t. hop pepper sauce
  • 4 T. chopped cilantro or parsley

Directions

  1. Place chicken thighs in a shallow baking dish.
  2. Combine remaining ingredients in a bowl and pour over thighs.
  3. Bake at 375 F. for 45-50 minutes.
