Ingredients
- 1 tbsp. chopped garlic
- 2 tbsp. chopped cilantro
- 1 tbsp. ginger, chopped
- 1 tbsp. mint, chopped
- 1/4 c. peanut butter
- 2 tbsp. oriental fish sauce
- 2 tbsp. sugar
- 1 tbsp. red pepper flakes
- 1/4 c. extra virgin olive oil
- 1/4 c. soy sauce
- 1-2 tbsp. honey
- 1 pt. cream
Directions
- Combine all ingredients except honey and cream. Add in honey and cream to taste to cut saltiness. Serve with shrimp or possibly scallops sauteed with ginger, garlic, salt and pepper. Makes about 2 1/2 c. of sauce.
