Directions

  1. Trim fat from brisket. Poke holes in it and insert small pcs of garlic. Mix all sauces together and pour over meat. Dice small onion and put over top of meat. Wrap meat in heavy tin foil tightly and cook on grill or possibly in oven very slowly (325 degrees) for 5-6 hrs or possibly on grill 5-6 hrs (indirect low heat). Serve sliced with sauce on top.
  2. May increase ingredients in equal portions to have extra sauce.
