Ingredients
- 5 lbs. hamburger meat
- 3 lg. onions, diced
- 1 tbsp. allspice
- 2 teaspoon oregano
- 1 garlic onion
- 2 teaspoon celery seed
- 2 teaspoon peppercorn
- 4 teaspoon catsup
- Salt
- 6 teaspoon chili pwdr
- 1 1/2 c. cracker crumbs
Directions
- Brown onions in oil. Add in meat; cook till brown. Add in seasonings and spice and cook well. Add in 2 qts water; simmer 1 hour. This can be frzn for later use.
