Ingredients

  • 1/3 c. Lemon juice
  • 1/4 c. Catsup
  • 1/4 c. Soy sauce
  • 1/4 c. Vegetable oil
  • 2 Tbsp. Brown sugar
  • 1/4 tsp Garlic pwdr
  • 1/4 tsp Pepper
  • 3 lb Chicken wings**

Directions

  1. Drumettes or possibly chicken wings, cut at joints and wing tips removed. Combine all ingredients; mix well; add in chicken. Cover and chill at least six hrs or possibly overnight, turning occasionally. Preheat oven to 375 degrees. Arrange chicken on rack in aluminum-fool-lined shallow baking pan. Bake 40 to 45 min, basting occasionally with marinade. Chill leftovers.
