Ingredients
- 2Â 1/2 lb boneless round steak
- 1 tsp grnd ginger
- 1 Tbsp. sugar
- 2 Tbsp. oil
- 1/2 c. soy sauce
- 1 x garlic clove crushed
Directions
- Cut the steak into 1/8-inch thick slices. Combine the remaining ingredients in a small bowl. Place the meat in the crockpot and pour sauce over it all. cover and cook on LOW for 6 to 8 hrs. Serve with rice.
