Directions

  1. Peel shrimp. Toss together remaining ingredients. Add in shrimp and mix well to coat. Cover and marinate 4 hrs or possibly overnight. Place 4 shrimp on each skewer. Barbecue or possibly cook under broiler for 4 min or possibly till shrimp are just cooked through, turning once. Serve with Grilled Peppers.
  2. Grilled Peppers: Seed the red and yellow pepper. Slice into 6 wedges.
  3. Brush lightly with extra virgin olive oil and broil or possibly barbecue till warm, about 5 min, turning once. Seasom with lemon juice, salt, freshly grnd pepper, finely minced parsley and/or possibly basil to taste.
