Ingredients
- 3/4 c. Salad oil
- 1/4 c. Soy sauce
- 1/4 c. Honey
- 2 Tbsp. Cider vinegar
- 2 Tbsp. Onion, minced
- 1 lrg Clove garlic, mashed Or possibly 1 1/2 tsp garlic salt or possibly pwdr
- 1Â 1/2 tsp Ginger
Directions
- Mix all and marinate meat for at least 4 hrs.(overnight for flank steak).
- To use with flank steak, marinate overnight in the refrigerator in large plastic bag, turning over a few times. Grill 5-6 min per side for med.
- rare, basting with sauce. Slice into very thin, but wide slices across the grain to serve with warmed sauce poured over sliced meat platter.
