Tepla (Fenugreek Paratha) Recipe

This is an Indian flat-bread that is commonly eaten amongst the Gujarathi community. It is easy to make and is made from fenugreek leaves that has lots of health benefits and goodness. The paratha is best eaten with either a mint or green chilly chutney.

Directions

  1. Mix all the ingredients in a bowl with some water and oil to knead into dough. Keep it aside for 15 minutes or more.
  2. Then roll out and roast each side with oil.
  3. Serve warm with chutney.
