- 1 1/2 c. sugar
- 1/2 cube butter
- 3 1/4 tbsp. flour
- 4 1/2 tbsp. buttermilk
- 3 Large eggs
- 1 1/2 teaspoon vanilla
Directions
- Cream sugar, butter and flour. Add in lowfat milk, Large eggs and vanilla. Pour into unbaked pastry shell. Bake at 350 degrees for approximately 45 min.
