Directions

  1. Slice onion and place in the bottom of crock pot. Make slots in fat side of beef and insert garlic quarters. Brush roast with gravy master. Place in plastic bag with flour and salt and pepper. Shake to coat beef with flour. Remove from bag and place in crock pot. Cook on low temperature for 6-7 hrs.
