Directions

  1. Brown roast on both sides with cut up onion and minced garlic. Add in 1/4 c. water plus 1 can tomato soup and Worcestershire sauce. Simmer slowly 1 hour at 325 degrees. Add in carrots and potatoes; sprinkle parsley flakes. Cook till vegetables are to your taste. Half of cabbage cut in wedges adds a different flair.
