A great quality time with my daughter May (6). We had so much fun creating this dish and she ate it for lunch

Directions

  1. On the stove on medium heat put a non stick pan with the canola oil
  2. Add whisked eggs and cook for 2-3 mins
  3. Meanwhile place the parsley leaves in a sircle ( see pic)
  4. Turn over the eggs gently and cook for another minute remove from heat and keep eggs in ' N set aside
  5. Take a wide white plate (recommended white b- coz it will show it better just like an artist painting on white canvas)
  6. Mix the soy sauce with rice
  7. Create a ball using a small round bowl.
  8. Cut out from seaweed the nose and eyes
  9. Cut out the ears and nose from Swiss cheese
  10. Create the ears and paw from rice
  11. Use the rest of the rice as a body for the omelet to rest on on.
  12. Follow the picture to assemble the bear.
