  • 2 1/2 tbsp. whole cloves
  • 5 cinnamon sticks, about 2 inches long
  • 4 tbsp. dry orange peel
  • 1 tbsp. dry lemon peel
  • 4 tbsp. minced candied ginger
  • 1 teaspoon grnd nutmeg
  • 1/4 pound favorite loose tea (Chinese black, orange pekoe)

Directions

  1. Crush cloves and cinnamon till partly broken. Add in rest of ingredients and store in sealed container. Use 1 tsp. per serving. Make in fall, give away at Christmas, and tastes good all winter.
