Tater Patties Recipe

Ingredients

2 c. left over mashed potatoes 1 egg

Sufficient flour to make potatoes like dough 1 sm. onion

Directions

1. Mix all ingredients to make dough roll into biscuit size patties and mash flat. Fry in warm grease till golden. Place on paper towel to drain. Serve warm as side dish.
