Ingredients

  • 1 c. maple sugar
  • 1 c. light brown sugar
  • 1/4 c. heavy cream
  • 1 x egg
  • 1 Tbsp. flour
  • 2 Tbsp. butter melted
  • 1 x unbaked 9" pie shell

Directions

  1. Preheat the oven to 400 degrees. In a mixing bowl, combine the first 6 ingredients together. Pour into the pie shell and bake till golden, about 25 min.
  2. Remove from oven and cold for 5 min before serving. Slice the pie into individual servings and serve hot.
  3. This recipe yields 8 servings.
