Ingredients
- 60 each chicken quarters
- 1 gal plain yogurt
- 10 Tbsp garlic powder
- 1 Tbsp ground ginger
- 15 lemons, fresh squeezed
- 15 Tbsp paprika
- 5 Tbsp cumin powder
- 5 Tbsp salt
- 5 Tbsp cayenne pepper
Directions
- Combine all ingredients, straining seeds from lemons.
- Pour over chicken pieces and marinate overnight.
- Next dat, remove chicken from pan, shaking off excess marinade. Place on sheet pan lined with parchment paper.
- Bake chicken in 300 degree convection oven. Bake until lightly golden brown and cooked.
- Garnish with lemon wedges and sliced raw onion.
