Ingredients
Pita wrapp 1 ea
Tomato julienne 20 gr
Cucumber julienne 20 gr
Lettuce 10 gr
Coriander leaves 5 gr
Tameya 4 pieces
Dipping sauce 2 cl
Red onion julienne 20 gr
Vegetable pickles
Directions
Deep fry the tameya then place on the wrapp with the tomato, red onions, lettuce,cucumber,coriander,wrapp and cut in half, served with pickles and dipping sauce
