Ingredients

  • 16oz (480gr) lamb shoulder or leg, cut into pieces, preferably with bone
  • 4 shallots, chopped
  • 2 cloves garlic, minced
  • 1 tbs olive oil
  • 1/2 tsp ground ginger
  • 1/2 tsp turmeric
  • 1 tsp cumin
  • 1 tsp paprika
  • 3 tbs parsley, chopped
  • 1 cup (8oz, 240gr) tomatoes, peeled, chopped, with juices
  • 2 tsp maizena (cornstarch, corn flour) dissolved in 2 tbs water if needed
