  • 4 ounce. shredded Monterey Jack
  • 4 ounce. shredded Cheddar
  • 4 minced green onions
  • 1 sm. can sliced black olives (or possibly less to taste)
  • 2 lg. tomatoes, minced

Directions

  1. Mash 2 ripe avocados with fork in bottom of 13 x 9 inch glass or possibly plastic pan. Mix 1 package taco seasoning mix with 8 oz lowfat sour cream (or possibly 1/2 package taco mix and 4-5 Tbsp. salsa). Spread over avocado.
