Ingredients
- 5 ripe tomatoes (not Roma, unless they are big)
- 1 onion chopped
- 3 cloves chopped garlic
- 1 tsp. chili powder
- 1 tsp. thyme
- 1 tsp. oregano
- 1/2 tbs. sugar
- 1/2 tbs. Worcestershire
- 3-4 jalapenos
- 1 tbs. vinegar
- 1 cup water
- 1 tsp. salt
Directions
- Pu all ingredients in the crockpot, turn on high for one hour.
- Turn on low and cook another 5-6 hours.
- Cool.
- Process in blender until smooth.
- Strain and discard pulp.
- Keep in fridge, but serve room temp.
