Ingredients
- 2 pound hamburger
- 1 minced onion
- 1 can refried beans
- 8 ounce. Mozzarella cheese
- 16 ounce. lowfat sour cream
- 1 sm. can black olives (sliced)
- Corn chips
Directions
- Brown hamburger and onion. Spread on bottom of 9 x 13 inch pan. Layer refried bean on top of meat. Sprinkle cheese on top of beans. Heat at 350 degrees for 25 to 30 min.
- Top with lowfat sour cream and olives before serving. Serve with corn chips (scoop mix with chips).
