Ingredients
- 1Â 1/2 lb Hamburger
- 2 Tbsp. Chili pwdr
- Â Â Salt & pepper to taste
- 1 can 15 ounce tomato paste
- 1 med Onion, minced
- 1 pkt Taco seasoning mix
- 2 can 15 ounce. kidney beans With juice
- 1 box (large) taco shells
- 2 lb Shredded Cheddar cheese
- 1 pkt (small) Doritos
- Â Â Lettuce
- Â Â Tomatoes
Directions
- Preheat oven to 350 degrees. In a skillet, brown hamburger, drain. Add in the next 6 ingredients. Cook for approximately 15 min. Line a 9 x 13 inch pan with crushed taco shells. Pour above hamburger mix over crushed shells. Place 1 lb. of shredded cheese on top of mix. Crush 1 small package of Doritos, and place on top of cheese. Bake for 15 min. Top with remaining Cheddar cheese, lettuce and tomatoes.
