Directions

  1. Season beef strips with salt. Add in cherry tomatoes, avocado, green pepper and onion. Mix chili sauce, oil, chili pwdr, warm pepper sauce and garlic. Add in meat and vegetables and toss. Serve individual portions on beds of lettuce. Serve corn chips and grated cheese to sprinkle on top. 4 to 5 servings.
