6 Tbsp. mayonnaise
6 Tbsp. lowfat sour cream
3 Tbsp. Tabasco brand Pepper Sauce

Directions

In a medium gauge saucepot reduce the bourbon to 2 1/2 ounces. Cold and set aside.
Combine the mayonnaise, lowfat sour cream, and Tabasco brand Pepper Sauce. Add in the bourbon reduction. Hold chilled.
This recipe yields 12 servings.
