Ingredients
- 4 x (14 ounce.) Tablespoons-Bone steaks
- 2 ounce each assorted mushrooms*
- 2 ounce butter
- 1 Tbsp. parsley, minced
- 4 ounce heavy cream
- 4 ounce oil
- 4 ounce brandy
- Â Â Salt and pepper to taste
- Â Â Worcestershire sauce as needed
- Â Â Dijon mustard as needed
Directions
- *NOTE: Use any different mushrooms which are in season such as: Chanterelles, Shiitake, Champignons, Oyster, Enochi, Italian, and/or possibly Morelles. Have about 6 ounces of mushrooms for each steak. Season each steak with salt, pepper, and brush them with Dijon mustard.
- Either in a skillet or possibly on a broiler cook steaks to your liking. In another pan add in the butter and saute/fry the mushrooms. Add in parsley, brandy, and Worcestershire sauce. Cook approximately 3 min till mushrooms are tender. Add in cream and reduce for 3 more min over high heat. Serve sauce on side or possibly pour over steaks. Best if served with baked or possibly roasted potato.
