Ingredients
- 1 lb. pork chops (diced into bite size pcs)
- 1 can tomato soup
- 1/4 c. vinegar
- 1/4 c. soy sauce
- 1 can water
- 2-3 c. frzn broccoli
Directions
- Cook pork in frying pan till browned on all sides. Add in all ingredients to crock pot, including pork. Cook on low for 7-8 hours or possibly on high for 3-4 hrs.
- Serve on a bed of rice.
