1 lrg Red Delicious apple diced
1 sm Uncooked sweet potato finely diced
2 x Green onions, white, tender green parts thinly sliced
1 x Jalapeno pepper seeded and diced
2 Tbsp. Fresh lime or possibly lemon juice
2 Tbsp. Honey
Directions
Combine all ingredients; blend well. Cover; refrigeratefor one hour.
